Role
Product Training Manager for Oncology Portfolio at Caris Life Sciences, focusing on developing and delivering education programs for oncology products like MI Cancer Seek, Caris Assure, and ChromoSeq.
Responsibilities
create and maintain training curricula supporting onboarding, product launches, and ongoing education;
translate complex scientific data into engaging learning content across multiple formats;
collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Medical Affairs, Product Management, and Sales to ensure training accuracy and relevance;
monitor product updates and competitive landscape to keep content current;
facilitate training at various events;
evaluate training effectiveness and continuously improve programs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree;
5+ years in commercial training, product education, or related roles within healthcare, diagnostics, or biotech;
experience in oncology or molecular diagnostics strongly preferred;
strong project management, communication, facilitation, and instructional design skills;
proficiency in LMS and Microsoft Office.
