Job description
Production Admin ClerkResponsible for the Reporting of Finished Goods Production Information daily to include the reconciliation of Production Tracker, Trace Tracker, and Production Manifests. This will also include the presentation of this information into the Gross Margin reporting section.Responsible for the consolidation of internal and external warehouse inventory information for bank reporting daily.Responsible for the Review, Tracking, and Processing of Raw Material Receipts in MAS. Coordinate with Receiving personnel of the appropriate warehouse locations and the Treasury area for receipt postings.You must have the availability and knowledge to assume the responsibilities (Backup) of the other Production Admin Clerk team members.Complete other project tasks as needed and assigned by supervisor or manager.Highschool Diploma or GED2 years of clerical experience in manufacturing and inventory fieldsProven intermediate computer skills.Highly competent in Critical thinking and root cause analysis.Highly competent in understanding and using statistics to control manufacturing processes.Advanced level of Microsoft Excel and pivot tables.Excellent communication, written and oral, and customer service relationship skills.Ability to tailor message to the audience, exercise persuasion, and diplomacy.Ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere.Ability to handle various responsibilities simultaneously, ability to prioritize multiple projects.The Position Description is intended to describe the general nature and level of work being performed by employees assigned to this classification.
