Data Entry SpecialistResponsible for precise entry, verification, and upkeep of data within spreadsheets and data bases, while also ensuring that all customer needs and specifications are fulfilled.Essential Functions:Enter text and numerical data into spreadsheets and databasesTransfer data from various sources into digital formatsMaintain and update existing data in spreadsheets and databasesPerform data reportingCorrect errors or discrepancies in dataAll other duties as assignedExperience/Qualifications:Minimum degree required: High school diploma or equivalentYears of experience: 1-2 yearsKnowledge, Skills, and Ability:Proficient in Microsoft ExcelData entryAnalyzing dataStrong attention to detail and organizationTravel Requirements:NonePhysical Requirements:Regularly walks, sits, stands, and does computer work.Seldom/never lifts up to 50 lbs.Independent Judgement:Performs tasks and duties under direct supervision, using well-defined policies and procedures. Work is reviewed by supervisor.
