You will work closely with manufacturing leads and quality inspectors to follow shop travelers and ensure correct assembly sequence. This is an onsite role on a 1st Shift schedule (Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm).Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly of small parts or components per company instructions and proceduresReview shop traveler/route cards or simple schematics to confirm sequence of operationsPosition very small parts using binocular microscope, tweezers, or fixturesAdjust, bend, align, and solder fine wires to resistors and base partsBond or seal parts/assemblies with epoxies and perform in-process testingDemonstrate and follow all safety policies and proceduresMaintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; may work variable schedules, nights, or weekends as neededHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This RoleAbility to follow basic directionsBlueprint reading skills1–2 years of relevant experienceSecondary Certificate/High School Diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience preferredVocational training, apprenticeships, or equivalent experience in a related fieldGood mechanical aptitude, manual dexterity, and ability to operate hand tools and light machineryAbility to read and interpret safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, policies, and proceduresBasic math and effective oral, written, and interpersonal skillsHere's What Else Might Help You OutSome tool knowledgeFamiliarity with high pressure systemsPay Range$16.00 - $20.00/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
