You will work onsite on a first shift schedule (Monday–Friday, 5:00am–1:30pm) and collaborate with production leads and quality inspectors to deliver compliant assemblies.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform routine assembly of small parts or components following documented instructions and proceduresReview shop traveler/route cards or simple schematic drawings to confirm sequence of operationsPosition very small parts under a binocular microscope using tweezers or fixturesAdjust, bend, align, and solder fine wires to resistors and base partsBond or seal parts or assemblies with epoxies and use heating elements or ovens as requiredPerform in-process testing and follow all safety policies and proceduresMaintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance; support variable schedules or additional hours when necessaryHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role6 months–2 years of relevant experienceAbility to follow basic directions and learn/cross-trainBlueprint reading abilityGood mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity for working with small partsAbility to operate a variety of hand tools and light machineryBasic math skills and ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating/manufacturing instructions, policies and proceduresVocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent related experienceHere's What Else Might Help You OutSome tool knowledgeFamiliarity with high-pressure environmentsPay Range$16.00 - $20.00/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
