Production AssemblerDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Heavy Assemblers for a manufacturing company in Delano, MN. In this role, you'll help build quality products while working in a team-focused environment that values safety, productivity, and continuous improvement. If you enjoy hands-on assembly work, working with tools, and being part of a manufacturing team, this job could be a great fit. Read below for more information!Assemble components, parts, and subassemblies according to production requirementsPosition parts using templates, measurements, and assembly specificationsUse hand tools and air tools, including rivet guns, to build productsVerify completed components by measuring and inspecting finished workMaintain a clean, organized work area while supporting 5S standardsFollow quality standards and documentation requirements to ensure customer satisfactionAdhere to all safety procedures and participate in continuous improvement effortsHigh school diploma or GEDAbility to read measurements and follow work instructionsAbility to use hand tools and air-powered assembly toolsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanshipAbility to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environmentWillingness to learn new tasks, cross-train, and work as part of a teamAbility to follow company safety policies and maintain good housekeeping practicesEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
