You will work on a 1st shift, Monday–Friday schedule (5:00am–1:30pm) in an onsite manufacturing environment and collaborate with technicians and production leads to meet quality and output targets. Your work directly impacts product readiness and customer requirements.Here's How You'll Make an Impact on the TeamPerform routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations following company instructions and safety proceduresInspect your own and others' work against drawings and specifications to ensure correctnessApply process specifications, record production time and quantity data, and maintain production documentationMaintain a clean, organized work area and participate in required eventsPerform simple welding, brazing, or soldering tasks and operate light machinery (e.g., sand blaster, electro-etching, press) as neededDemonstrate and follow all safety policies and proceduresBe punctual and flexible to work variable schedules, including potential nights, weekends, or additional hoursHere's What You'll Need to Be Successful in This Role2+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experienceHigh school diploma or equivalent, or equivalent work experienceVocational training, apprenticeship, or equivalent practical experience in a related fieldSkilled at routine mechanical and electromechanical assembly operations and operating hand tools/machineryAbility to read and interpret safety rules, manufacturing instructions, policies, and proceduresGood manual dexterity for working with small partsEffective oral, written, and interpersonal communication skillsAbility to recognize and resolve common problems within your work area using established optionsHere's What Else Might Help You OutExperience with PCBA production or electronics manufacturingFamiliarity with simple welding, brazing, soldering, or operating light production machineryInterest in growing technically across multiple product linesPay Range$13.54 - $16.93/hourReady to Make Your Mark?This role may fill quickly.
