Job description

Production Assembly WorkerAs a Production Assembly Worker at Bad Boy Mowers, you will play a vital role in assembling components and subassemblies of our lawnmowers. You will work as part of a team, following detailed instructions to ensure that each product meets our high quality and safety standards. This is an excellent opportunity for hands-on individuals who enjoy working with tools and take pride in producing top-tier products.Key Responsibilities:Assemble components and subassemblies for lawnmower products according to blueprints and specifications.Use hand tools, power tools, and assembly machines to complete tasks efficiently and accurately.Inspect finished products for quality control, ensuring all parts are correctly assembled and meet safety standards.Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting of assembly tools and equipment.Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.Follow all safety guidelines and company policies while working on the production floor.Report any issues or discrepancies in the assembly process to supervisors for resolution.Assist in the continuous improvement of production processes and quality standards.Qualifications:Previous experience in a production or assembly role is a plus but not required.Ability to work with hand tools, power tools, and basic mechanical equipment.Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team.Good communication skills and a positive attitude.Strong work ethic and reliability, with the ability to meet production goals in a fast-paced environment.Physical ability to stand for long periods, lift materials up to (insert weight), and perform repetitive tasks.Preferred Skills:Experience with mechanical assembly or manufacturing processes.Forklift or other equipment operation experience.Ability to read and interpret basic technical drawings or assembly instructions.Benefits:Competitive hourly pay.Health, dental, and vision insurance.Paid time off and holidays.Opportunities for career growth and skill development.A supportive and inclusive work environment.
