With decades of experience producing dependable, highly engineered solutions, Indicor businesses deliver performance and value that are difficult to find elsewhere.What You'll DoPlan assembly steps and position parts using product knowledge, specifications, and blueprintsRemove small amounts of material to clean parts or ensure proper fitFasten components using bolts, screws, clips, rivets, or other hardwareInstall moving parts and confirm they operate smoothly; install piping or wiring as neededAlign and connect the control valve to the assembled systemTest, or assist in testing, the finished productPack and label products according to customer requirementsRegularly stand while performing job dutiesUse hands frequently for handling, adjusting, or assembling parts; reach with hands and armsWalk, sit, talk, and hear regularlyLift or move up to 10 pounds frequently and up to 35 pounds occasionallyMaintain required vision abilities, including close, distance, color, peripheral vision, and depth perceptionPerform other duties as assignedWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GED; or one to three months of related experience or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experienceAbility to read and understand simple instructions, short correspondence, and memos; able to write basic correspondenceAbility to communicate effectively in one-on-one and small-group settings with customers, clients, and coworkersAbility to follow written, verbal, or diagram-based instructions and solve routine problems involving multiple concrete variablesBasic math skills, including adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing using whole numbers, fractions, and decimals; ability to calculate rates, ratios, and percentages and interpret bar graphsAbility to perform all essential job duties reliably and effectivelyCommitment to safety, including wearing safety glasses and steel-toed shoes, completing forklift training when required, using proper lifting techniques, participating in hazard-communication training, and understanding emergency proceduresWhat We OfferHealth, Dental, Vision InsuranceHealth Savings/Flexible Spending Accounts (HSA/FSA)Life & Supplemental Insurance401(K) Retirement PlanPaid Time Off (PTO)11 Paid HolidaysEmployee Assistance Program (EAP)Team EventsPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties or responsibilities that are required of the employee for this job.
