Job description
Production AssemblerVolt is immediately hiring a 1st Shift Production Assembler in Englewood, CO. As a Production Assembler you will:Assemble products using corrugated paper and plastic composite materials per build instructionsBreak down and prepare raw materials, including separating perforated componentsRead and interpret technical documents and work orders for accurate assemblyBuild and organize components to meet product specifications and quality standardsUse hand tools such as box cutters and pneumatic staple guns safely and effectivelyMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentReport production issues or equipment malfunctions to supervisorsWork collaboratively with team members to meet daily production goalsThis is a full-time, Temp-to-hire opportunity. Monday-Friday 6:30am-3:00pmProduction Assembler candidates must meet the following requirements:2–3 years of work experience requiredHigh School Diploma or GED preferredManufacturing or assembly experience preferredAbility to read and interpret work instructions and production ordersStrong attention to detail and ability to meet production quotasAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-noise environmentAbility to work independently and as part of a teamStrong time management and work ethicAbility to lift up to 50 lbsComfortable working in varying temperaturesPay for this position is $19.29/hr.*Pay range offered to a successful candidate will be based on several factors, including the candidate's education, work experience, work location, specific job duties, certifications, etc.Benefits: Volt offers benefits (based on eligibility) that include the following: health, dental, vision, term life, short term disability, AD&D, 401(k), Sick time, and other types of paid leaves (as required by law), Employee Assistance Program (EAP).Volt is an Equal Opportunity Employer and prohibits any kind of unlawful discrimination and harassment.
