Job description
Assembler PositionWe are actively recruiting for an Assembler for a manufacturing company in Harvard, MA. The responsibilities will be to assemble and test mechanical and electrical subsystems and components - training provided.Responsibilities:Assemble various products / follow assembly procedures, resulting in less than 1% of reworks/returns through testing processMaintain high quality soldering standardsVisually inspect parts during assemblyNotify supervisor of defective parts or assembly issuesVerify parts are correct in the buildRecommend improvement and implement changes in assembly proceduresSand circuits for assembly, as neededRequirements:High School or equivalent (GED)A minimum of 6 months assembly, with soldering experience preferredExcellent attention to detail and hand/eye coordinationThis is a full-time position Mon-Fri from 7AM-4:00PM or 8AM-4:30PM. The pay is $20-22/hr depending on experience.
