Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM
Overtime: Regular overtime currently available
Location: Manufacturing/Warehouse Environment
Position Summary
We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented OEM Assemblers to support production operations on a fast-paced assembly line. This role involves assembling hydraulic hose products, maintaining quality standards, supporting production goals, and ensuring a safe and organized work environment.
Key Responsibilities
Perform light assembly and production line activities
Follow assembly procedures, work instructions, and quality standards
Read and interpret kit sheets, part numbers, and production paperwork
Use measuring tools accurately and consistently
Assist in hose cutting, marking, cleaning, fitting, crimping, labeling, kitting, and packaging operations
Maintain production schedules and meet daily output goals
Perform basic equipment maintenance and inspections
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area following 6S principles
Support other production processes as needed
Follow all safety policies and PPE requirements
Qualifications
Previous manufacturing, assembly, warehouse, or production experience preferred
Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions
Basic mechanical aptitude and attention to detail
Forklift certification preferred or willingness to obtain certification
Experience with hydraulic hose assembly is a plus
Strong teamwork, reliability, and attendance record
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods
Frequent walking, bending, kneeling, and reaching
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally
Ability to work in a warehouse environment that is not climate controlled
