Job description
Marvin is seeking Production Associates to join our people-first manufacturing team building premium windows, doors, and skylights. In this full-time, Monday–Thursday role, you will operate equipment, assemble components, and inspect products to ensure they meet our high quality standards. Responsibilities include following detailed work instructions, maintaining a clean and safe work area, handling materials, and supporting continuous improvement.
