Production AssemblerOur client, Industrial is seeking a Production Assembler to join their team. As a Production Assembler, you will be part of the production team supporting assembly operations. The ideal candidate will have a positive attitude, strong attention to detail, and the drive to learn and contribute to a safety-first, quality-focused environment.Job Title: Production AssemblerLocation: Milwaukee, WIPay Range: $20.50 to start, goes to $21.50Shift: First Shift (Monday through Friday, 6:00 am to 2:30 pm)What's the Job?Assemble drive panels and enclosures using electro-mechanical components, drives, and wire harnesses.Mount components, route and connect wires, and complete finished product assembly in a clean, safe, organized, air-controlled environment.Use visual observation, standard operating procedures, bills of material, assembly drawings, and test equipment to ensure quality work.Support inventory accuracy and communicate material defects to quality.Build knowledge across multiple production assembly lines so you can flex to other areas to help meet customer delivery dates.What's Needed?High school diploma or GED.Basic computer skills.Ability to read and comprehend standard operating procedures.Ability to stand for up to eight hours and work in a fast-paced production setting.Ability to use hands and fingers to operate hand tools and/or computers, including reaching and occasional bending, kneeling, or crouching.What's in it for me?Opportunity to contribute to products that lower energy consumption and support growing industries.Clean, safe, organized, air-controlled work environment with a team-focused culture.Training support for motivated candidates willing to learn assembly work.3 weeks PTO and full benefits eligibility if you do well and get hired permanently.Clear expectations around safety, quality, and dependable attendance so your team can count on you.Upon completion of waiting period associates are eligible for:Medical and Prescription Drug PlansDental PlanSupplemental Life InsuranceShort Term Disability Insurance401(k)
