Production AssemblerA plastics manufacturing company in Monticello is hiring Production Assemblers for temp-to-hire openings on 2nd and 3rd shift. No previous assembly experience is required.In this role, you'll help assemble and check plastic molded parts used in automotive products. This is a good fit if you want hands-on production work, full-time hours, and the chance to be hired on.Schedules include:2nd Shift: Monday–Friday, 3:00 PM–11:00 PM3rd Shift: Sunday–Thursday, 11:00 PM–7:00 AMProduction Assembler duties may include:Assemble plastic molded partsInspect parts for qualityTrim, sort, or package parts as neededKeep your work area clean and organizedFollow production and safety instructionsProduction Assembler requirements:Able to stand for an 8-hour shiftComfortable doing hands-on production workAble to follow work instructions and quality standardsAbility to maintain reliable attendanceBenefits offered by Verstela to temporary employees:MedicalDentalVisionShort-term disabilityLife & AD&DIdentity theft protectionPrescription plan401(k) retirement savings plan
