Production AssemblerA manufacturer in the northern Indianapolis region is searching for Assemblers to join their team on the first shift. This role involves utilizing various tools to assemble components while ensuring the workspace is maintained according to industry standards.1st shift: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM to 2:30 PMPay: Starting at $20hr with room for growthResponsibilitiesRegularly use pneumatic and hand tools to assemble various components, including ratchets, torque guns, and puddy knives.Read basic blueprints to accurately assemble products.Maintain cleanliness of the work area according to the 5S methodology.Stand and lift materials continuously throughout the shift.Essential SkillsProficiency in using hand tools and power tools.Experience in reading and interpreting blueprints.Mechanical assembly skills.Additional Skills & QualificationsExperience in mechanic or mechanical assembly.Experience in electrical assembly.Why Work Here?The company is expanding rapidly in the Indianapolis area, offering employees the chance to work in a new state-of-the-art facility in Noblesville. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
