Job description
AssemblerThe Assembler builds and assembles large product using hand and power tools in a fast-paced, manufacturing environment. You work from blueprints and written instructions to perform high-quality assembly and rework with a strong focus on accuracy and zero defects.ResponsibilitiesUse hand and power tools to build and assemble trailers according to blueprints and written instructions.Follow detailed blueprints and specifications with close attention to accuracy and quality standards.Perform large-scale assembly tasks and general labor duties as needed on the production floor.Essential SkillsExperience in a manufacturing environment.Proficiency in using hand and power tools, with verifiable examples of previous experience.Ability to read and follow written instructions and work from blueprints with attention to detail.Work Environment1st and 2nd shift openings - Monday-Thursday shift. $18-$20/hr.This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Oregon, WI.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
