Warehouse Associate - Compressor Manufacturing FacilityThe Warehouse Associate supports daily material handling and inventory operations within a fast-paced compressor manufacturing environment. This role is responsible for receiving, stocking, staging, moving, and tracking materials to ensure production teams have the parts they need to meet daily output goals. Associates play a key role in maintaining inventory accuracy, workplace safety, and efficient workflow throughout the facility.Shift:1st: 5:00am - 3:00pm2nd: 3:00pm - 2:00am3rd: 10:00pm - 6:00amPay: $18.00 - $20.70/hrKey ResponsibilitiesReceive, unload, inspect, and put away incoming materials and componentsPick, pack, and stage parts for production lines according to work ordersMove materials throughout the facility using pallet jacks, carts, and other warehouse equipmentMaintain accurate inventory levels through cycle counts and inventory tracking systemsVerify part numbers, quantities, and product condition before distributionSupport shipping and receiving activities, including preparing outbound shipmentsEnsure production areas remain stocked with materials to prevent downtimeAssist with loading and unloading trucks and organizing warehouse inventoryReport inventory discrepancies, damaged products, and material shortages to supervisorsMaintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while following all safety proceduresQualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent preferredPrevious warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or material handling experience preferredExperience operating pallet jacks, RF scanners, or inventory systems is a plusAbility to accurately pick and track inventory in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsComfortable working in a production and warehouse settingAbility to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shiftBasic computer skills for inventory tracking and data entryStrong work ethic, reliability, and ability to work as part of a teamWork EnvironmentFast-paced warehouse and manufacturing facilityRegular exposure to forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipmentFrequent standing, walking, lifting, bending, and repetitive movementsRequired use of PPE and adherence to all safety standards and proceduresClimate-controlled manufacturing environment with warehouse activity throughout the shiftJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Tallahassee, FL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $18.00 - $20.70/hr.Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
