Production AssemblerExpress Employment Professionals is currently assisting an industry-leading manufacturer in their search to fill a Production Assembler job near Edina, MN. As an Assembler you will be assembling components according to specifications within a fast-paced environment.Responsibilities for this Production Assembler job include:Assembles and packages productPerform assigned tasks within guidelines - 5S and standardization conceptsAbility to set and maintain an acceptable work pace - Effectively minimize downtime and distractionParticipates in keeping work area clean and organized - Applies and actively supports 5S standardsDevelops understanding of customer quality requirementsAccomplishes work assignments with a commitment to PTI's quality standardsDemonstrates solid understanding of documentation and utilizes other resources as needed to prevent quality concerns in a proactive mannerOpportunity to work in various areas of productionParticipates in keeping work area clean and organizedPerforms other related duties as assignedQualifications:High School Diploma or GED equivalentPrevious assembly experience preferredAbility to lift up to 40 lbs. as neededAbility to stand for 10 hr. shiftsAbility to use basic math skillsGood verbal communication skillsAbility to read and comprehend written directionsAbility to learn multiple tasks/processesAbility to manipulate parts of all sizesWork Schedule:Weekend Shift: Friday - Monday (6:00 AM- 6:30 PM)Express Employment Professionals provides one of the most comprehensive benefits packages in the industry to contract workers.Holiday payMedical benefits401KWeekly PayDirect Deposit
