Production AssemblerAmphenol Aerospace Operations is seeking a Production Assembler to work out of its state-of-the-art facility in Sidney, NY.The key responsibilities of the Production Assembler include, but are not limited to:Assembly of electrical interconnect products using various hand tools, fixtures, and specialized processes.Pay$26.96 Per Hour (with scheduled annual increases)Paid WeeklyLocationSidney, NY 30 Minute Drive from Binghamton, NY20 Minute Drive from Oneonta, NYThe PersonExperience in a production manufacturing environment.Able to follow written and verbal instruction.Able to read/interpret diagrams, blueprints, schematic drawings.Willing to work any required shift.High school diploma or equivalency is required.Preferred Requirements:Certifications in IPC-J-STD-001 and/or IPC/WHMA-A-620 (Documentation must be provided).The CompanyWith manufacturing sites in Sidney, NY, Mesa, AZ, Nogales, MX, and a Design Center in Pasadena, CA, Amphenol Aerospace Operations has been a leader in designing and manufacturing electrical components for the aviation and commercial airplane industry for over 100 years.Focusing on serving the needs of advanced and challenging market segments, we pride ourselves on our consistent ability to innovate and provide the markets with new creative solutions.Working at Amphenol means you are recognized and valued for your contributions because we believe that our human capital is the most valuable asset we have.
