You'll be:Performing production assembly work on light electro-mechanical operations with close attention to detail, following established manufacturing proceduresReading and working from blueprints, wiring diagrams, parts lists, sketches, and both written and verbal instructionsAssembling RF Generators and configuring externally produced components to meet customer specificationsManufacturing PCBAs, cable assemblies, cable harnesses, and power suppliesUndertaking fault diagnosis and promoting continuous improvement by sharing observations with manufacturing engineering, quality, and design teamsAligning with Health and Safety and 6S Lean principles within the manufacturing departmentParticipating in cross-training and potentially training others within the departmentWorking with limited supervision and following both written and verbal directivesThis job might be an outstanding fit if you:Have knowledge of basic assembly and electro-mechanical assembly functions (required)Can read and understand blueprints, schematics, engineering drawings, and written procedures in English (required)Possess effective communication skillsAre able to operate machinery such as soldering irons, power screwdrivers, and various hand toolsHave soldering experience (at least three positions require this; one can be focused on mechanical assembly only)Are comfortable with hands-on skill assessments as part of the interview processOnce you apply, you'll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
