Assembly / Production WorkerPay: $18.51+/HR (DOE)Schedule: Monday – Thursday | 6:00 AM – 4:30 PM. Occasional overtime may be required.Job Summary:We are seeking reliable and detail-oriented individuals for Assembly / Production positions. This role involves assembling components, following instructions, and ensuring quality standards are met in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Job Duties:Assemble parts and components using hand tools and equipmentRead and follow assembly instructions and blueprintsPerform quality checks to ensure assemblies meet specificationsOperate hand tools, power tools, and assembly equipment as neededMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety procedures and company policiesReport any issues or defects to supervisionRequirements:Must have a valid driver's licenseMust be able to pass all pre-employment testing and background checksAbility to lift 10–25 pounds consistentlyAbility to stand for long periods of timeAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentReliable attendance and strong work ethic requiredAbility to follow instructions and work as part of a team
