Assembly Technician

$20- 21/Hour Temp-to-Hire Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM-2:30 PM

What You'll Do
Prepare materials and components for assembly
Perform basic soldering and pre-assembly work
Assemble precision components and modules
Inspect products for quality and accuracy
Test completed modules to ensure performance standards are met
Work collaboratively in a team environment
Qualifications
Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Comfortable working with numbers and measurements
Mechanical aptitude and good hand dexterity
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Basic computer skills are a plus
Some college coursework preferred
