As we continue expanding, we are looking for talented professionals who are ready to contribute to our growth and elevate our brand presence.Job DescriptionWe are seeking a dedicated Production Assistant to support daily warehouse and production activities while ensuring accuracy, organization, and smooth workflow operations. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, structured processes, and contributing directly to the efficiency of the production line. You will work closely with supervisors and team members to maintain quality and productivity standards.ResponsibilitiesAssist in coordinating daily production tasks to ensure schedules and quality standards are met.Organize materials, prepare equipment, and support workflow alignment throughout the production area.Monitor product movement and maintain accurate documentation across assigned tasks.Support inventory control, labeling, packaging, and preparation of outgoing materials.Work collaboratively with production leads to maintain a safe and efficient work environment.Identify basic issues or delays and communicate promptly to supervisors.Ensure all work areas remain clean, compliant, and well-organized.QualificationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Ability to follow structured processes with consistency and accuracy.Reliable, motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team.Good communication and organizational skills.Ability to handle physical tasks and maintain productivity throughout assigned shifts.Problem-solving mindset and willingness to support continuous improvement initiatives.Additional InformationCompetitive Salary: $50,000 – $54,000 annually.Growth Opportunities: Long-term career development within a stable and expanding company.Supportive Work Environment: Professional leadership and well-structured operational processes.Skill Development: Build strong production, operational, and organizational skills.Job Type: Full-time, on-site position.
