In this hands-on role, you'll help operate and maintain all steps of the DEF packaging line to meet established production goals while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency standards are upheld.What You'll DoLoad, pack, and off-load DEF product from the production lineOff-load finished product onto pallets according to established packing specificationsSafely operate a forklift for product storage and stagingFollow the established quality plan to ensure product integrityCoordinate daily with team members to meet production goalsPerform daily care and housekeeping to maintain a safe and clean work environmentProperly clean and maintain associated machinery and equipmentPerform and report daily quality checks, including weights, finished product counts, and scrap countsWhat You BringAbility to work in a fast-paced production environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to follow safety guidelines and established proceduresTeam-oriented mindset with strong communication skillsForklift experience preferred (or willingness to be trained)Dependable work ethic and strong time management skillsAt RelaDyne, you'll find more than just a job-you'll discover a career with a company that values people, teamwork, and growth.
