Production AssistantThe Production Assistant's primary task is to carry out the direction of the Associate Production Manager to ensure the fulfillment of all denim orders. Maintain accurate and up-to-date set-up in Full Circle and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure the seasonal line stays on time. Ensure upstream workflow is complete and accurate. Keep all relevant stakeholders informed of changes and deliverables. Communicate and collaborate cross-functionally and contribute to a positive and productive culture.The Role (What You Are Accountable For):Data entry – support the Associate Production Manager / Production Manager with buys, cost log, and delay recapsPush styles into "production" in Full Circle once cost is confirmedPO entry / PO closure / PO accuracyReview purchase order against buy file for accuracyRevise ETD/ETA and price in Full Circle on a weekly basisPrepare and send packages to the factory and follow up with all tracking numbersReview wash shade bands with the Associate Production ManagerMaintain and track all in-season trim liability in the Excel fileTrack and review TOP samples to ensure all trim and price tickets are applied correctlyOrganize in-season TOP samplesWork with overseas vendors and factories on a daily basisOther general office duties as neededMeets and strives to increase productivity standards; looks for ways to improve and promote qualityYou are passionate about fashion and thrive in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple seasons and tasks without missing a beat. You bring a proactive, solutions-first mindset and collaborate effectively across teams.Required Minimum Experience1-3 years of experience in apparel production, preferably denimHigh school diploma and fashion-related coursework, or Bachelor's of Science / Arts degreeAdept with data management in a Product Development / PLM system, preferably Full CircleProficient in MS Excel; working knowledge of Photoshop and Adobe IllustratorTrack record of accomplishment within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environmentStrong communication and collaboration skillsAbility to manage priorities in a deadline-driven environmentAdditional Role InformationCompensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $27-$29/hour.
