Job TitleLocation: Las Vegas, NV | Full Time | Pay Range: $17.95 - $21.63/HR (Based on experience and qualifications)Why This Role MattersYou'll work closely with Account Executives and internal teams to keep projects moving efficiently from initial quote through final billing. We invest in the brands, and the people, who help create unforgettable live experiences.What You'll DoSupport Project Development and QuotingPartner with Account Executives to build, update, and maintain project quotes.Input additions, update opportunity stages, and confirm project details throughout the sales process.Implement requested changes and communicate updates to the appropriate internal teams.Help Drive Accurate Financial OperationsReview technician expense reports with Account Executives and help finalize billing activities.Complete final invoicing within established timelines.Support the accuracy of deposits, invoicing, credit applications, certificates of insurance, and collections activities.Coordinate Cross-Functional CommunicationWork with Account Executives, Account Managers, and internal departments to resolve questions related to quotes, contracts, and client needs.Help ensure project information is properly communicated and documented throughout the lifecycle of each opportunity.Manage Project Details and ResourcesSupport project cost and margin management by following established processes and procedures.Coordinate labor requirements and scheduling updates with labor planning teams.Assist with equipment-related requests, including add orders, substitutions, and related project adjustments.What You BringHigh school diploma or equivalent.2-3 years of administrative experience.Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across multiple teams.Excellent attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.Effective time management and organizational skills.Adaptability in a changing, deadline-driven environment.Ability to learn processes, systems, and workflows quickly.Why You'll Love It HerePlay an important role in the execution of live event projects.Work alongside experienced professionals across multiple business functions.Gain exposure to project coordination, financial processes, and client support activities.Be part of an organization focused on quality, collaboration, and operational excellence.BenefitsMedical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, flexible spending account, 401(k) with company contribution, paid time off, and company holidays.Ready to Apply?If you enjoy organization, collaboration, and helping projects succeed behind the scenes, we'd love to hear from you.
