We look forward to your interest in joining our team.The Full Time Production Assistant builds and maintains Lancaster Archery Manufacturing inventory levels to fulfill incoming orders.Primary Duties and Responsibilities:Assemble and package all Lancaster Archery Manufacturing productsMaintain inventory to quickly fulfill ordersMaintain inventory levels and submit quarterly inventory reportsOther Duties:Assist Production and Fletching DepartmentsPerforms other duties and special projects as assignedQualifications:Basic computer skillsExperience with hand toolsStrong mathematical abilities and problem resolution skillsAble to work in fast paced environment and adapt to frequently changing prioritiesAble to work independently and in a teamBenefits:Medical eligible 1st of the month after date of hireDental eligible 1st of the month after date of hireVision eligible 1st of the month after date of hire401KPaid vacationPaid holidaysPaid sickLife insurance and AD&DShort term & long term disability insuranceEmployee discount
