Job description
Production AssistantShifts Available: 1st shift: 7:00AM - 3:00PM 2nd shift: 3:00PM - 11:00PM 3rd shift: 11:00PM-7:00AMThe Production Assistant supports daily manufacturing operations by assisting production team members, preparing materials, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and helping ensure products meet quality and production standards. This role requires attention to detail, reliability, teamwork, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced printing and manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:Assist with production and finishing activities as directed.Prepare, move, and organize materials and finished products.Inspect work for quality and accuracy.Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.Follow established safety, quality, and production procedures.Work collaboratively with team members to meet production goals.Perform other duties as needed to support the production operation.Qualifications:Reliable and dependable with a strong work ethic.Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.Strong attention to detail.Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive tasks.Previous manufacturing or printing experience is helpful but not required.Nesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
