Job description
Production Associate 1We are seeking a dedicated Production Associate 1 to join our manufacturing team in Bryan, United States. In this role, you will be responsible for performing various production operations, ensuring quality standards are met, and contributing to the overall manufacturing process efficiency.Operate production equipment and perform assembly operations according to established proceduresFabricate and produce component parts for final product assemblyHandle materials, including loading, unloading, and proper storageUtilize hand tools and power equipment safely and efficientlyPerform quality checks and inspect products for defectsRead and interpret work orders, production schedules, and basic technical drawingsMake accurate measurements using precision toolsMaintain a clean and organized work areaFollow all safety protocols and proceduresCollaborate with team members to meet production goalsReport any equipment issues or quality concerns to supervisorsParticipate in continuous improvement initiativesOur teams are at the heart of our purpose to positively contribute to the communities where we live, work and play.
