The facility is clean, organized, and focused on safety, quality, and teamwork.What's In It for MeOpportunity to earn raises by learning additional warehouse departments.Employee recognition through gift cards and other safety incentives.Short workweek with longer weekends for better work-life balance.Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) upon hire.Family-owned workplace where employees are treated with respect and valued as part of the team.Job DutiesOperate production and packaging equipment safely and efficiently lifting 50 pound bags of Collagen powder products.Measure, blend, and package products according to production specifications.Perform quality checks and maintain accurate production records.Follow GMP, safety, and sanitation procedures.Work with team members to meet daily production goals.ScheduleMonday through Thursday, with some Fridays as needed (overtime) 5:00 AM to 3:30 PMPay$17.00 per hourProduction Associate Requirements1+ year of manufacturing, warehouse, or production experience preferred.Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly.Ability to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.Reliable attendance and punctuality.GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) RequirementLocationAddison, IL Reliable transportation required.
