Production AssociateDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Associates in partnership with a leading manufacturer in Spencer, IA. In this role, you will help produce quality products while contributing to a workplace that values safety, teamwork, and operational excellence. Read below for more information!Operate machinery and production equipment according to established proceduresPerform product assembly and manufacturing tasks as assignedInspect finished products to ensure quality and accuracy standards are metPackage and prepare materials for shipment or storageMove raw materials and finished goods throughout the facilityFollow production schedules, specifications, and work instructionsIdentify and communicate quality, safety, or operational concernsMaintain a clean and orderly work areaSupport team objectives by assisting in various production-related activitiesFollow all company safety policies and proceduresHigh school diploma or GED preferredAbility to understand written instructions and production documentationBasic mathematical skills, including measurements and calculationsStrong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality workAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shiftAbility to lift, carry, push, or pull materials as requiredWeekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
