You're a great fit if you:Have a keen eye for detail and take pride in producing quality work.Enjoy hands-on roles and working with machinery or are eager to learn.Are comfortable working in a supportive, team-oriented environment.Value safety, organization, and continuous improvement.What You'll DoLoad Materials: loads and unloads material from machines, conveyors, etc.Prepare and Assemble: Assemble materials with a torque gun and assist in the placement of products on equipment or work surfaces, supplying or holding materials or toolsEnsure Quality: Utilize measuring tools and processes to perform inspections before, during, and after production, ensuring materials meet exact specifications.Contribute to Improvement: Actively participate in continuous improvement and corrective action activities.Maintain and Organize: Support housekeeping and organizational standards, such as 5-S practices.Join a team where your skills, ideas, and contributions will make an impact.
