Production AssociateDoherty Staffing Solutions is hiring Production Associates for a leading sauna manufacturing company in Cokato, MN. Earn $22.00 per hour on a steady Monday-Friday schedule with weekly pay. We have immediate openings, and qualified candidates may be able to start as soon as the next business day after completing the hiring process. If you enjoy working with your hands and using tools in a manufacturing environment, we'd love to hear from you!What You'll Do as a Production Associate:Set up and operate wood-sawing machineryOperate drill presses, routers, sanders, planers, and wood nailing machinesRead and interpret drawings to determine dimensions, shapes, and specificationsSelect the best materials and lengths for each jobContribute to departmental quality control effortsDemonstrate consistent initiative to produce high quality workFollow all safety rules, policies, and proceduresReport unsafe acts, accidents, and near miss incidentsOperate equipment only when trained and authorizedMaintain clean and organized work areasWhat You Need to Bring to the Production Associate Role:6+ months of experience working in a manufacturing environmentExperience working with power & hand toolsBasic math and writing skills, ability to use a tape measureAbility to read and understand blueprints/drawingsAbility to lift 75–100 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodationsStrong attention to qualityPositive attitude and strong teamwork skillsWhy You'll Like Working with Doherty Staffing SolutionsEnjoy weekly pay, access to health coverage options through Benefits in a Card (including preventative and minimum value plans), and temp-to-hire opportunities for long-term stability where applicable.
