Production Associate PositionProduction Associate Position, Start immediately, $20/hr - $22/hr, weekly payDescription:Package finished products according to company specifications and customer requirements.Inspect products for defects, damage, or packaging discrepancies prior to shipment.Apply labels, lot numbers, expiration dates, and other required product information accurately.Assemble packaging materials, boxes, and shipping containers to support production and shipping activities.Verify product counts and ensure all packing documentation is complete and accurate.Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with safety and quality guidelines.Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), and company policies at all times.Report quality concerns, equipment issues, or inventory shortages promptly to supervisors.Assist with inventory counts and material handling tasks as needed.Pay & Shift:1st Shift Monday-Friday 7am-3:30pm and2nd Shift Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm.1st Shift pay $20/hr.2nd shift pays $22/hr.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Mount Prospect, IL.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
