And by harnessing Danaher's system of continuous improvement, you help turn ideas into impact – innovating at the speed of life.This position reports to the Production Supervisor, is part of the Consumables department located in DeLand, FL and will be an on-site role.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Setup and operate all equipment in a related area to produce complicated components, subassemblies, and final assemblies from blueprints and work instructionsWork under the direction of supervisors, or more experienced personnel, with little supervisionMaintain accurate records, and logs and collect any necessary data for use by EngineeringThe essential requirements of the job include:High School Diploma, G.E.D. or EquivalentMinimum one year of production/manufacturing experienceTravel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:Ability to stand, sit, stoop, bend, walk, reach, squat, kneel, push, and pull for a minimum of 10 hoursAbility to lift, move or carry equipment up to 50lbsIt would be a plus if you also possess experience in:Reading and interpreting blueprints, engineering drawings and/or schematicsUtilizing scorecards or other process tracking toolsPall Corporation, a Danaher operating company, offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives.
