Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform all responsibilities.Duties and ResponsibilitiesOperate molding press/equipment while following company proceduresReview the "Operator Display Board" prior to running production for work instructions and Quality AlertsAssure product meets established quality criteria of zero non-conformancesCorrectly record scrap every hour when instructedCorrect application of all internal and external labels when requiredRemove old labels from all returnable packagingCorrect application of lot control numbersDaily review of all applicable quality alertsNotify the Supervisor of all discrepancies to established quality checksReport production and quality issues/concerns with associates during communication meetingsKeep the work area clean and organizedParticipate in team problem-solving activitiesResponsible for following all internal and OSHA-required safety proceduresReport to work on timeReport to the work area on timeFollow all other shop rules, procedures, and policiesAny and or all duties may be updated or changed at any time by managementPhysical Requirements:Frequent standing or walking for long periods of timeFrequent lifting or lowering objects up to 35lbsFrequent reaching above/below the shoulder and forwardOccasional bending, stooping, and crouchingWorking Conditions:While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical partsThe employee must not wear any loose-fitting clothing that may get in the way of the moving machineryThe employee is occasionally exposed to extreme heat and vibrationThe noise level in the work environment is usually moderateEmployees may be required to work outside for short periods of timeWho Is US Farathane?US Farathane has been a leading source of plastics manufacturing, supplying the automotive industry for over 40 years.
