We are committed to contributing positively to the communities where we live, work and play.Job DescriptionBase pay starts $19.50 per hour, plus $1.00 shift differentialShift: 3:00 PM - 1:30 AM Monday - ThursdayDuties and ResponsibilitiesPackaging and labeling material for loading and distributionResponsible for quality control of finished productsWorking with hand tools, wrenches, banding equipment, screw gunsUsing measuring gauges and tape measuresCommunicate with team members to ensure continuous production of the correct product at high quality levels with minimal wasted time and materialsHousekeeping and sanitationQualificationsPhysical stamina and strengthAbility to work in a fast-paced, high-speed environment, follow standardized work and adhere to safe work practices in a continuous improvement environmentExperience in a manufacturing environment is a requirementExperience in overhead crane operations are helpful but not requiredExperience with Forklifts helpful but not requiredAbility to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waistAdditional InformationSite Address: 6168 State Route 233 Rome, NY 13440This is a position with the potential overtime.
