Job description
Production AssociateWe are seeking a reliable and skilled Production Associate with experience working with micrometers / calipers to join our production team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating grinding machinery to meet production and quality standards, performing routine checks, and ensuring a safe and efficient work environment.Responsibilities:Set up, operate, and monitor grinding machines to meet daily production requirementsPerform quality checks to ensure finished parts meet specificationsMaintain equipment and perform basic troubleshooting when neededFollow all safety policies and proceduresWork closely with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operationsQualifications:Previous experience operating grinding machines or similar production equipment preferredStrong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsAbility to stand for extended periods and lift up to (insert lbs) as neededReliable attendance and good work ethicWillingness to work overtime as neededNesco Resource offers a comprehensive benefits package for our associates, which includes a MEC (Minimum Essential Coverage) plan that encompasses Medical, Vision, Dental, 401K, and EAP (Employee Assistance Program) services.
