Production Team MemberAt Daniels Health, we're proud to support healthcare facilities by providing innovative medical waste solutions that help keep people safe. We're looking for a hardworking, reliable team member to join our close-knit production team in East Troy.This is more than just an assembly role. You'll play an important part in keeping our operation running smoothly by building medical waste containers, supporting shipping and receiving activities, and helping our drivers and production team meet customer needs every day.If you enjoy staying active, solving practical problems, working with your hands, and being part of a team that feels like family, we'd love to meet you.What will your job involve?Assemble and prepare medical waste containers for customer useInspect, organize, and process incoming containers and materialsLoad and unload trucks safely and efficientlyMove products and materials throughout the facilityOperate forklifts and hand trucks after training and certificationLoad and unload materials from pallets, racks, shelves, and trailersSecure shipments using strapping, bracing, and protective materialsComplete required paperwork accurately and maintain attention to detailSupport drivers and teammates with daily operational needsHelp maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environmentWhat are we looking for?Enjoy physical, hands-on work and staying active throughout the dayCan comfortably lift up to 55 pounds and push loaded cartsAre dependable and committed to showing up for your teamTake pride in doing quality workWork well independently and as part of a teamHave experience in manufacturing, warehouse, production, shipping/receiving, construction, or other labor-intensive environmentsLike solving practical problems and finding solutionsAre interested in growing into a leadership role over timeWhy work for us?Job stability – as an essential service to healthcare we are non-seasonal and recession proof.Opportunities for overtime – we always need extra hands on deck so overtime opportunities are plentifulConsistent work hours – Monday-Thursday 1st Shift (5AM to 3:30PM)Benefits – Full time roles are provided benefits, sick leave and vacation leave after 90 days!Permanent position – This is a Full-time permanent role of 40 hours per week!Competitive salary – This position is offering $20.00 per hour to start!Who are we?We are a healthcare service company providing safety systems and medical waste collection for hospitals, medical centers, surgical centers, nursing homes and an array of customers within the healthcare setting.
