Production Associate 4 (Forklift Driver) 1st ShiftFull-time Position Type: Permanent Shift: 1st ShiftJob DescriptionStarting Pay: $20.00 to $25.00 1st Shift Monday - Friday: 6:45am – 3:15pm Duties and Responsibilities The Forklift Operator is responsible to provide support to the supply chain through collecting, loading, shipping, and receiving warehouse products. The employee will be trained to use crane, sweeper machine and will help working in the compactor area.Provide support to the supply chain through collecting, loading, shipping, and receiving warehouse productsResponsible for operating technical equipment, optimizing loading for efficient logistics, and supporting other warehouse functions to ensure optimal operation of the businessOperate Forklift.Adhere to quality and customer service standards set forth by the companyPerform cycle counts as requiredWill cover and work in different areas of the receiving department (crane, sweeper machine, compactors).Identify safety hazards in the workplaceConsolidate partial pallets for incoming goodsPerform area maintenance as needed.QualificationsA minimum of 2 years of forklift operating experience or combination of forklift experience and material handling work highly preferredExperience in Stand-up Order Picker ForkliftBasic computer skillsAbility to lift up to 50 pounds on a continual basis above shoulder height and below the waistAbility to walk/stand for long durations (duration of shift excluding breaks).Vision abilities to include close, distance, peripheral, color and depth differentiationUse of hands and fingers for fine manipulationAbility to perform specific tasks that involve climbing and kneelingFrequent exposure to dust and debris from the production processFrequent exposure to loud noisesNo FEAR of elevated heightsAbility to read and write in English (Numbers, Locations, short words and phrases)Additional InformationSite Location: 1 Silverline Dr. North Brunswick Township, NJ 08902Why work for Cornerstone Building Brands?
