Production AssociateProduction AssociateYour next career move starts here—Build something that lasts.Manufacturing facility that produces high-performance building materials for the construction industry.What's in it for you?Elwood Staffing associates are eligible for a comprehensive and competitive benefits package plus an exclusive savings program, including:Medical/Vision/Dental/Rx plansHoliday PayTeladoc (online care)Referral Bonus IncentiveWeekly Pay401kAnd More!Production Associate Details:Temporary position$ 18.00 / hourFull Time work availableSecond Shift (Monday through Friday)Prepare materials needed for order.Ensure proper housekeeping & maintenance of worksite.Prepare materials for next shift to ensure a smooth transition & handoff with minimal downtime.Collect samples for the QC team & based on results, adjust what is needed.Communicate with leadership & maintenance any equipment & materials needs, shortages, failures, required repairs, forklift inspection results, etc.Production Associate Qualifications:Able to utilize math to perform basic weights for formulas.Able to reach & interpret directions & order details.Communication skills both written & verbal.High School Diploma or equivalent.Must be able to lift & carry at least 60lbs.Ability to push/pull at least 55lbs.Must be able to stand for extended periods, minimal sitting, twist/bend throughout workday, and climb/crawl as needed.Applicant may be subject to a background checkPre-employment drug screen is required as a condition of employment*A conviction record will not necessarily prevent you from being employed.
