Production AssociateStart your new career as a Production Associate with MAU at Robert Bosch, LLC in Albion, IN. As a Production Associate, you will be responsible for using various equipment to load, assemble and unload parts and components from various machines. After 120 days of continuous employment, the pay rate will increase by $0.50.What We OfferPay up to $18.80 per hourPay increase of $0.50 per hour after 120 days of continuous employmentSecond Shift | 3:00 PM - 11:00 PMThird Shift | 11:00 PM – 7:00 AMPaid Breaks (2)Paid Lunch BreakPaid Vacation after one month of employmentHealth benefits, including telehealth medical services401kOpportunity for advancementReferral programPaid holidays (9)Employee appreciation eventsWhat We're Looking ForHigh school diploma or GEDStrong mechanical aptitude, with the ability to use and operate hand and air toolsKnowledge of proper gauging techniques, and the ability to read various types of functional gaugesStrong verbal and written communication, and interpersonal skillsMust be able to work weekends and overtime as neededAbility to stand/walk for long periods of time, and lift up to 25 poundsWhat You'll Do as a Production AssociateUse various equipment to load, assemble, and unload parts and components from machinesMaintain equipment operation per production scheduleInspect parts and components as they come off the machine to ensure that quality standards are being met per QMM guidelinesComplete paperwork as necessaryTransfer parts to and from subsequent operationsAssist in the training of other employeesProvide feedback (CIP) to all related value stream areasCross-train on other functions within the teamMaintain a clean and organized work area according to the 5S philosophyMaintain a safe work area and report any unsafe conditionsMaintain accurate and detailed records (i.e., date of production, problems, downtime, etc.)Perform other tasks as assigned
