Production AssociateAs a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in the production process by stacking various materials onto a conveyor. Safety is a top priority, and teamwork is essential as lifting may vary in size. Your responsibilities will include ensuring the product's smooth transition through the machine and maintaining the production floor's general upkeep. Safety is a primary focus. The schedule requires flexibility, with training for one month on day shifts before transitioning to a rotating schedule. Expect 12-hour shifts, alternating between day and night schedules (7AM - 7PM and 7PM - 7AM), with a pattern of 4 days on, 4 days off.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Albuquerque, NM.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $22.00 - $22.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
