Production AssociateResponsible for post in production safety, TPM, 5s and complete assigned jobs.Representative Duties:1. Responsible to the workshop manager, obeying his/her technician's and shift supervisor's arrangement and deployment;2. Responsible for assigned job tasks, reporting any problems to the technician or supervisors;3. Responsible for handling post abnormalities in production, promptly reporting the results;4. Responsible for cleaning, management and safety of post, tooling, tools and equipment;5. Understanding Post Environmental Factors, Hazards and Control Methods;6. Conscientiously implementing integrated management system related documents;7. Storing post wastes by categories;8. Familiar with post material safety data sheets and emergency response measures;9. Other duties as assignedNothing in the Position Description restricts management's right to assign or re-assign duties and responsibilities to this job at any timeJob Requirements:Language: Language spoken commonly in the workplace is English. Ability to read, understand and comprehend documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Ability to speak effectively and interact with other team members, engineers, leadership and customers.Experience: 1-2 years of previous manufacturing experience preferred, but will train.Education: High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)Physical Condition: The employee is regularly required to stand the duration for long periods of time. Turning at the waist, reaching, bending, squatting, and lifting up to 55lbs. repeatedly.Other Requirements:a. Near Acuity-Clarity of vision at 20 inches or less. Use the factor when special and minute accuracy is demanded.b. Far Acuity - Clarity of vision at 20 feet or more. Use the factor when visual efficiency in terms of far acuity is required day & night/dark conditions. Must Pass a Tier II Physical. Must Pass a Background Check.Knowledge, Skills & Abilities utilized on the job:1. Familiar with technology, quality, equipment operating instructions and environmental operating instructions;2. Familiar with product appearance quality requirements and test methods;3. Familiar with product safety and regulation;4. Familiar with production orders and tracking sheets;5. Familiar with tin side detector/steel ruler and application of post other measuring instruments;6. Familiar with loading and washing machine operation and maintenance;7. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to loud. Safety requirements for this position are safety glasses and steel-toed work shoes and ear plugs.Key Performance Indicators: Must be 18 years of age or older.
