Production Team MemberLocation: East Canton, OHJob Type: Full-timeSalary: $19 / hour - $21.00 / hourShift: All shifts availableAbout the RolePrideStaff is seeking motivated, full-time Production Team Members to join the team in East Canton, OH. In this role, you will be responsible for completing customer product requirements on time and with the highest quality. We are looking for individuals who thrive in a team-oriented environment and are dedicated to the core principles of Safety, Compliance, Customer Focus, Respect, Integrity, and Problem Solving.Why Work With Us?Bonus Potential: Opportunity for quarterly bonuses!Comprehensive Benefits: We offer medical, dental, vision, FSA/HSA, life insurance, AD&D, disability, and retirement plans.Key ResponsibilitiesPerform assigned duties to support the production of high-quality ceramic products.Prioritize safety and compliance on the floor at all times.Maintain regular, reliable attendance in accordance with the attendance policy.Communicate regularly with leadership regarding production statuses or delays.Accurately update information on forms and in computer systems.Keep work areas and the factory floor clean and free from hazardous materials.Job RequirementsWilling and able to work in a manufacturing environment that can be hot, humid, dusty, and noisy.Strict adherence to safe work practices, including wearing required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds.Ability to stand and walk extensively, and access all areas of the facility.Must be a contribution-minded team player.Preferred Skills & Experience (Not Required)Two (2) or more years of manufacturing experienceExperience with press or extrusion processes.High School Diploma or GED.PrideStaff is an equal opportunity employer.
