Production AssociateNow hiring for a Production Associate Location: Allentown, PA Pay Rate: $18.75 per hour Schedule: 3rd Shift: 10:30 PM – 6:30 AM Built to Last. Just Like You. It's steady work with good pay, benefits, and a team that respects your effort. As a Manufacturing Associate, you will be working in a cleanroom environment with a strict dress code. This opportunity lets you help manufacture quality products, support production goals, and contribute to a team that keeps operations running safely and efficiently.Job DutiesAssemble kits of the finished product.Operate machines and production equipment safely and in accordance with instructions.Ensure finished products meet our clients' and the customer's highest standards.Maintain accurate daily production records.Education RequirementsHigh school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial.Experience RequirementsAbility to work safely in manufacturing and production environments. Ability to follow written work instructions, production procedures, and quality standards. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain productivity and consistent quality. Mechanical aptitude and the ability to safely operate basic production equipment when required. Dependable attendance, teamwork, and a commitment to workplace safety.Preferred QualificationsPrevious manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Associate.Physical CapabilitiesAbility to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery.
