Production OperatorShift: 11:00 PM-7:00 AM Hourly Rate: $24.26 an hour + $.75 shift differentialShifts Available:2nd Shift | 2:45PM-11PM | $24.26 + $0.75 shift premium3rd Shift | 10:45PM-7AM | $24.26 + $0.75 shift premiumReporting to the Production Supervisor, you will support daily operations within a food manufacturing environment, ensuring products are produced safely, efficiently, and to quality standards at our Archbold, Ohio facility. You will operate equipment, perform production tasks, and work with your team to meet production goals while maintaining high standards for food safety and quality.A Taste of Your ResponsibilitiesOperate, monitor, and adjust production equipment according to standard proceduresPerform production tasks including assembling, processing, packaging, and labeling food productsInspect products to ensure quality specifications and food safety standards are metMaintain a clean and organized work environment in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices and safety standardsAssist with product changeovers, equipment setup, documentation, and reportingIdentify and report equipment malfunctions, safety concerns, or product quality issues and collaborate with the team to resolve themIngredients Required for Your SuccessHigh school diploma or GED preferredFollow written and verbal instructionsBasic math and problem-solving skillsWork in a fast-paced environmentStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityPhysical RequirementsMore information on the essential tasks and facility will be shared during the hiring process. Please be aware that in a manufacturing environment, the noise levels can be high and the temperatures may vary.
