We are seeking reliable, hardworking individuals to assist with assembly, packaging, material handling, and general production operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.Whether you have previous manufacturing experience or are looking to start a career in production, we want to hear from you!ResponsibilitiesAssemble boxes and package finished products for shipmentLoad and unload parts onto racks for metal finishing processesPerform quality checks to ensure product standards are metMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work environmentOperate material handling equipment (training provided)Follow company safety procedures and production guidelinesAssist with additional warehouse and production tasks as neededQualificationsHigh school diploma or GED preferredPrevious manufacturing, assembly, production, or warehouse experience is a plusAbility to lift up to 50 pounds regularlyStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityGood communication and teamwork skillsDependable attendance and strong work ethicWillingness to learn new processes and grow with the companySchedule & PayShift: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM Pay: $18.00 per hour Hours: 40+ hours per weekWhy Apply?Consistent first-shift scheduleWeekly paycheckOpportunity to gain manufacturing and production experienceHands-on training providedStable, long-term employment opportunity
