Production AssociateJoin a dynamic manufacturing team known for producing various types of automotive components. Contribute to a fast-paced environment and develop skills across multiple departments including gaskets, oil seals, and PTFE.Operate various machinery such as press and injection mold machines.Perform sorting and kitting tasks.Engage in general labor duties as required.Collaborate with team members and supervisors to ensure efficient workflow.Experience in production, assembly, and general labor.Proficiency with hand tools and power tools.Ability to work on assembly lines.Mechanical aptitude.Previous experience in metal stamping is advantageous.Benefit from a structured orientation to ease your transition into the team. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
